Design A4 noteblock

We're in search of someone who could develop our A4- noteblocks and make them ready for print in Indesign or Illustrator.? We? provide a mockup of what we want? in attachment.? We prefer someone with graphical skills as we're planning to design more of our documents/ stationary in the future. Looking forward to some responses.
