Create 3 layout templates in photoshop them turn them into html

I need 3 website layouts done. Need to take an existing site [login to view URL] and clean it up to make it more like esurance.com. We want to keep the logo on the existing site and the green menu bar at the top but below that needs to be all new. Looking for a very clean design. The site needs to be responsive for mobile devices. The three layouts are: Home Page - have a large box like [login to view URL] with 3 ways to get find you best health plan (call, quote, popular plans) with rotating photos on left with call to actions. Services - a clean page with large graphic buttons to link to main services - keeping a smaller design of the 3 ways to get started (without rotating photos) Internal Page - will have a the three ways to get started at the top then a graphic button back to services page on left with menu items below that. Content on the right side of the page. We would like to see a graphic before the coding to html starts.
