Complete Website Design with Word Press and Member Base 4 TLD

Good Day and thank you for reading through my project. Please read the entire contents so you understand exactly what I am looking for and how you will be pay for your services (winning bid). I am a consumer advocate "Wayne Warrington" and have a sizable MILLION plus consumer base for the work I do. I also invested 10 years + ago in a host of Top Level Domains (TLD) that are very valuable and have great market potential. Unfortunately some of these domain have never been used and some have been with thousands of consumers each month yet I have no time to pursue them business wise. So, I plan to sell them. When interviewing various domain brokers I found that the value for the domains can climb significantly if I include fully developed websites, complete with customized word press installs, etc. I will also be directing 50,000+ consumers to the domains based upon their interests, to optin and create a member or optin list for each domain. I am looking for the best of the best in web designers/programmers here that work with HTML, Word Press, PHP, Affiliate Ads, etc. A programmer with the vision and time to commit to building out one or more of these TLD sites. I have a production studio in my offices so I can produce the high quality videos for the sites, however I am looking for the rest of the site to be done through the programmer I select here. I have set the project size as a SMALL project, even though I full expect to see some more realistic bids. I am willing to pay the SMALL fees during the course of building out the site(s) however the full amount of your BID would be paid via ESCROW when the domain IS SOLD. I will be marketing these sites through brokers, ebay, and other means to secure a FAST sale and at a price that would represent the true value. Site Work Description would be.... - Graphics dealing with the site title Everything is Timing (I will provide the creative side with the theme and direction) - 3 to 4 pages of HTML pages that are uses as marketing pages for the site. - Word Press Install with customization of the WP pages so they do not LOOK like the basic WP site. - Membership plug in so we can build a member base to be part of the sale. - Sales pages or Ad space for Affiliate Sales banners etc. (meaning we should set up the site to include sales of products from other companies. - SEO and java and cookies for tracking site visitors.
