Community Web Site

Project Details: I am developing a Community oriented web site. My initial requirement for one of the site is very simple. It is community oriented and I have the database of members which I want to include in the site. I want this area to be secured and also I want the facility for members to be able to enter and update their information. Unlike other sites where members can go to the site and register themselves, here I have members data already with me which I can post online and then members can come to the site and with one unique id (either phone no. or last name and phone no.) they can access their information which I already have and posted in the site. Once they review their info they can either keep it same or update with any changes which may have occurred. Also if they do not find their information they should be able to enter their data as new member. I also want members to have ability to search, sort as well as print the database in regular as well as mail list format. So basically two important components of the database of this site. If member is in the database he should be able to access his information and update it. If member do not find his information in the database he should be able to register as a new member to the existing database. Right now I have this data in MS Access database. Being a community oriented site I also want to have a section where users can post community oriented news and information which is directed to the webmaster for editing purpose as well as to make a decision about whether to post it or not. In addition to these features we also need other sections like photo gallery, matrimonial ads for community (static html) as well as links to some other websites. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Preferably ASP or PHP but open to suggestions.
