This is a WordPress listings site which I require. All details of what I need in terms of design, coding and CMS back-end (V Important) is listed in the attachment. I already have a very good premium theme installed: GeoTheme - which has the majority of this stuff ... it is about tailoring that, adding more and making this very individual. Think social, SEO and mobile too ... vast majority of traffic to this site will come through social channels - and people viewing on mobile. please write 'i understood it all' in your proposal so that I can know you read it carefully & understood it.I have already installed the theme here [login to view URL] MY BUDGET IS 150.
