Creation of small Flash advertisement

I have coded an Excel VBA application that runs a small dating quiz (this file is attached). It is set to run as soon as the Excel file is opened, and the purpose is to advertise our company. The problem is that the file is too large to be effective as a means of mass e-mail, and many people just won't open it. So we want to convert it from the Excel VBA application to some sort of web-based application, so that the user can just click on a url and the program will run via their browser. I don't know much about this, but I'm guessing that Flash will be used? I have all the photographs and pictures that you will see on the Excel application, and of course the VBA code is there for you to view. I have no idea how easy or complicated this task is, so feel free to bid whatever you think is appropriate. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) We should be able to insert a url into an e-mail, and when someone receives the e-mail and clicks on that url, the program should run. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform The program should function on PC (Windows 97, 2000 or XP) and Mac, and should work on IE3.0 and above, and Netscape 3.0 and above
