I could not fit this into 2000 words so I attached a word document to explain it.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
I would like this site to be user friendly to all popular browsers and also to not have any major problems with the way it is displayed when a user changes his screen resolution. Some pages I notice just cram things all out of whack when resolution is set to a larger size when other sites just make you scroll back and forth to preserve the integrity of the page. I like the integrity to be held no matter what the user does with his personaly settings.
