Complete Site Redesign

We require an excellent web designer to totally redesign our website. Designer should be skilled in Flash and graphics designing. There are 3 or 4 pages that I consider as important and would require maximum attention: 1) Home Page - Must catch the attention of the customer. Display our main packages and highlights. 2) Packages Page (Linux, Windows and Reseller Hosting) - Should show complete details about our packages in an innovative and professional way). 3) Why Us? Page - Should outline our strenghts and network/server architecture in a flashy way There are about 10 other odd pages like pre-sales FAQ, contact info, legal agreements etc. No custom designing is required here. Just have to carry over the website's theme onto these pages and paste the text we provide. Our current site is at [login to view URL] No ASP or PHP coding is required. Everything can be done with plain HTML (or XHTML - prefered). The bottom line is that we need something flashy but very professional. Have a look at these sites to get some ideas: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I expect the use of flash objects, flash menus, a flash header, nice sophisticated graphics, etc. Please don't make a flash movie or add any music. I hate movies! But I'd like a repeating flash clip like you see at vortech, gearhost and maximumasp. Also, I don't want a full flash site. Only certain parts of it must be in Flash. And I don't want a site overloaded with Flash either. Study those 3 sites to see what I mean. I don't want a copy of any of these 3 sites. I want to see some creativity from the designer. I'd like a theme based on "people", "high-speed networks" and "technology" because our key slogans are - "making technology affordable" and "the people's host" I'll also be awarding a year of free hosting (domain + Linux or Windows Value package) if the standard of work is above my expectations. If the work is absolutely amazing, I'll award an additional $100 as a bonus (along with hosting) and hire your company for some additional projects. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Flash work must be compiled in Flash 5.
