Change a flash template and add a poll box

I need a flash page altered. I have the FLA file. You need to: 1. Start the page with the first subject showing instead of nothing and remove the music. 2. Change the text on the buttons and make then static. 3. Change the company info line, add one line of text above reading “Platform Page??, add a small picture of the candidate (that can be changed without altering the swf object later) and add the senatorial seal on the page or where ever you feel artistically it looks the best. 4. Make the source of the text appearing in the content box come from a text file instead of being embedded in the object. When a button is pushed the appropriate text file should feed into the content box. The content box must offer clickable URL's so if the content has a URL it can be clicked on and display as a new page in a browser window. This file feeding the content box can actually be an html page, which would be great with me. 5. All the small pictures change (I will provide) 6. Add our copyright info 7. Embed a Poll box on the page that will work and display who our readers want as president. You will be given access to our site to set this up. The count accuracy is not all that important- it is more for show than anything else but we do need to keep a running count on the server so to make it constantly grow. IP tracking is not important - just make it keep the gross totals of the three candidates. Unless you know of an easy way to add something that will be more accurate. 8. If you have other great ideas to make it more dynamic - I would love to hear your ideas and we might want to include them in this page. You can see the page that you will start with at: <[login to view URL]> The pages displaying in the content window will be the "Platform pages for a fictional person running for president." It should be able to show the appropriate content for the button that the viewer clicks on. The pages might grow as time goes on so the flash window needs to be able to receive a constantly growing html file. We want to be able to add information in the file feeding the content box and not have to change the fla file every time a new though is added to the content. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should be viewable from any standard Browser
