Audio/Video Program for Website

This program will be implemented on websites. It will allow website visitors to use their microphones (connected to their computer) to leave a message for the website owner. After the visitor has recorded the message, he can then change/review the message. The visitor will also have the option to use his Webcam to record a message with his face and voice or he can simply upload a photo. He can also add text to the recording. After a message is recorded, the visitor will need to leave relevant details about himself before submitting the audio/video. The entire software will be hosted on my server but the recorder/player (studio) will be played on the webmaster's web page. For example, a customer may visit the webmaster's site and leave an audio/video testimonial. Once the recording has been completed, the website owner will receive an email. He can then review the message through the user interface at my membership site and he can then take some code and paste it onto his website so he can have them played back by any other visitor. These are the testimonials. The software will spit out some code and an audio/video file. The audio/video file will have to be saved to the relevant folder on my website whilst the code will have to be copied and pasted on the testimonials web page by the webmaster himself. Anyone visiting the testimonials page will have the ability to playback each of the messages on that page using the play/stop/pause buttons. A lot more functionality is involved in this project and more details are available which will be sent to you upon request. Furthermore, when you are working on a project, you will be given more details on what needs to be completed. These details may not be in Appendix A. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98 upwards
