Alter graphic with two other pictures

Alter picture of old store using two other jpegs. We want one of the ads for Moxie to replace the current soda ad on the side of the building. We want the ad for the Hulagu's web book added to the wall on the left of the drink graphic. I want the final picture to look like these new pictures were always posted on the wall of the store. If you know flash really good and can animate snow falling and add some other interesting effects than that would be very welcomed. If you can not do flash that is okay because we have our own flash people who do most of that work. If you do select to do the flash work , it must match the quality of the work that you can see on our site Hulagusweb.com. This will be a new page that will eventually serve as our order page for the audiobook for the novel.
