Again, Full screen web site in Flash

Hi. Full screen web site, in Flash (php). Full screen without any bars. I will build all the visual parts and I want someone for the codes and the rest (activated). I also want the codes for me. The common parts are the normal of a median size web site. The menu will have 10 items, 10 main pages and few others small pages. It will have a product menu which I can ad photos and products. The different parts are the: Whish List and _Send_ my whish list. Collections shown on slides. Few videos. Music, perhaps 3 radios with 4 songs each, or just 3 songs. A Curiosity center with the information on topics and briefs. A download center to work also outside the full screen (for the slow internet ADSL in Brazil). The web site will have the beginning changes (simples; just texts, adjustments of position, of squares and so on) as well as, others a long the time. The web site will be done in parts (with time) so will the codes and the payments. One of the requisites is the programming to be done on the better way as possible. It means the most correct codes. For a faster web site. I could pick someone for the simple parts and another for the more difficult parts. But I would like to find someone for all parts and a long term relationship.
