Advanced PHP and some flash work

Hello, I am with an early stage company Project FROG and we need some website updates/ changes. Have a look at our website so you can reference what I need below, it's [login to view URL] Our site is made with advanced PHP, so you need to know PHP cold (otherwise please don't respond) there are lots of includes, etc... Here are the changes we need(some items may vary slightly from what is listed): 1. On the home page, change the text at the end of the flash show (only change the text, nothing else) I have the fla file! Also, add a "snippet" of code at the top of the page for Google AdWords/ Salesfroce tracking - I have all the code/ detailed instructions from salesforce and will provide it all to you, it's only about 4 lines of code total. 3. Our customize page, remove the questionare (2nd page in) and replace the text on the main customize page with html code from salesforce.com. When a user visits the site they will click the customize link and then fill out the form (generated by the salesforce code) when they hit submit, the data will be sent directly to our salesfoce database automatically... all you need to do it drop in the code and then layout the page around it! We would like to have this done by Thursday afternoon(PST) so get back to me ASAP I will be selecting someone in the next couple of hours. Thanks! Joe
