Iam looking to make sort of a dating website. I will need it to have: 1: User system where User can become a member by registering 2: Profile. In the registration proccess user creates his/her profile with a photo gallery within the profile(up to 10 pics) should include rating feature. 3: Messaging: Member to member coments (with emoticons) as well as private messages 4: Search Engine: users can search through database to look for other memebers by either user name or profile info. 5: Picture Galleries: User can user pictures of other members by selecting the Age range, Sex or on line status. (sort pics or new not required. ) 6: Users Online count. 7: Admin Control Panel (most important) toggle approve new profiles, access to edit/delete any profile, create modorators with restricted access. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
