create html/css templates

I ahve a couple of photoshop designs and am looking for a person to change them to css/html templates. not using image ready - I can do thata. done properly with proper comments. On rollover buttons javascript should be abstracted. This is to create a master template for a new site of mine. Need 3 pages done. PLease do not send me comments - bids only unless its a reasonble question. random offers of work won't be read. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. You can see the images are split into sections - a high level overview (not for implementation just for you to see is in the root). In each section is all the bits to make up the page. I can supply just an image if that is easier. most text apart from button text is placeholder and the section should be set up to have random text with that format/font. Things like the search bars etc are also placeholder. In imageready all the mouseover/rollover states are done so you may need that as I want the javascript to work and display onmouseover states.
