blog hosting script plus design

hi, I am looking for a good coder(s) to do the following (please read this all the way down with care as there is a lot of action =) ): 1- create a blog hosting script or site to allow users to create their own blog. Admin should have the ability to do manything, ex, set free groups and membership groups, have full controle over advertisement space on main site and on individual blogs. 2- the site not only will allow users to host their own blogs, but only will host/provide a forum, calender, a store (to offer products and services). Some of these are basic parts of myspace type sites. a. site should have a good affiliate system (something along the lines of idevaffiliate found on <[login to view URL]> 3- layout/design: if you can do that read the following, if not skip this section (i prefer to deal with same person). The site offers forex traders the chance to host their blogs discussing their trades, strategies, their ups and downs and so on. Most forex related sites have a serious biz theme to them. Challenge here is the following: a-site name i chose: [login to view URL] the topia part gives it a melo theme or a fruity theme (craving fruitopia hehe) so whatever is done, has to be done to balance between both. i prefer to have the chance to choose between 3-5 designs/themes/templates wat ever u wanna call em. once work is complete i would like to try it through a demo of some sort (u can host it and take it off once i go throuh the site) Once all is compeleted, coder(s) is/are not to sell provide pass or publish any of the work done here. If all is good some more work will be coming. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform linux
