advert deletion and replacement

Our site need's to change a customer or administrator deleted advertisement and transfer the contents to a new section of 'Sold' and 'Rented' to the site. Ideally, the ads should have an imprint of a rubber stamp going across the advert with the above words. Whichever applies. This is to help market our web site and give potential customers an idea that they can market their property successfully using our service's. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
