Ad Rotator

Hi I need what seems like a relatively easy project. I have a bunch of websites that feature many different types of advertisements (adsense, adbrite, doubleclick, etc., as well as some banners of my own network of sites that I would like displayed). I would like to have some type of script that automatically rotates these different ads on my site. So for instance, I have three ads on one page, one is a horizontal on the top, one is a leaderboard in the right column, the other is a rectangle in the body. Most of my sites all have an admin area where I paste the code for the advertisement I want to be displayed. So in this section I would need to paste some type of code that will rotate all the banners. So if I want four different advertisements to rotate on my horizontal, then I will paste some type of code there with all the different ads that need to show up in the rotation. This seems like a pretty easy process. Please let me know if you can help.
