I am looking to have a dating / personals script put together. I want to use it for dating / personals but will also work in other areas for other sites I want to create 1. I need it to have recurring billing with Paypal and [login to view URL] 2. Must have an installer program. It also must work in php & mysql 3. Must have an admin pannel that allows me to change and create membership levels 4. Internal mail system so members can chat 5. Picture, audio and video upload feature. Where members can upload a small audio clip and a small video clip for other members to see 6. Search feature so that memebers and non members can search for people in their area. With non paying members can only see basic info like state and interests ect. 7. Who's online feature 8. Template based system so I can easly change the site look and feel 9. Featured members section - have featured members show up on the main page. This should be rotatable 10. Newest member signup. This should show the newest 5 - 10 members to sign up 11. Account control. Admin can control every aspect of the members account. Can edit their info if desired 12. Auto renewal of accounts 13. Chat rooms - allow members to chat with each other online 14. Online Kisses - Allow paying members to send kisses to members and non members. This way they can decide to give out their personal info or not. 15. Full documentation and installer program required 16.
