Dashboard Generator script

Web Dashboard Script I need a script called Web Dashboard Generator made for me. The script allows user to create a custom webpage with all of their important links listed by category for easy access when online. (I am open to programming language but it HAS to be compatible with Windows XP AND Vista) ## Deliverables PHP dashboard script I need a script called Web Dashboard Generator made for me. The script allows user to create a custom webpage with all of their important links listed by category for easy access when online. (I am open to programming language but it HAS to be compatible with Windows XP AND Vista) When run, the script will load an interface with "load" button to load saved dashboards, "Create New Dashboard" button for making a new one. If load saved dashboard, it displays dashboard with red "X" or delete button and edit button next to each link. If member click delete, link is removed from dashboard. If all links in any category are removed, "X" or delete button appears next to category so it can be deleted (or script could ask user upon deletion of last link "Do you want to delete category?"--either way is fine) "Loaded" page also has style select drop-down where user selects style from drop down and clicks "preview" and dashboard displays with new style. Thehn select another and preview or click "save" for style they like. Style function will simply apply new css stylesheet (I need to be able to add more style sheets on ongoing basis) If edit is selected exisitg values for URL, title, user, pass are displayed with ability to change them and save. When done editing/deleting, user can "Save As" dashboard to output HTML file. If create new dashboard is selected, interface displays "Upload logo" button, input field for category name, and "connected" input fields for URL, title, user, pass. When user clicks upload logo dialog box opens and user selects .jpg or .gif on their computer. Script loads logo into upper left corner of page scaled or cropped to 100x100. When user adds category and clicks "submit" category ios added to dashboard. When user inputs URL and title, selects category from drop-down and click "Add Link." Link appears by title under appropriate category and is hyperlink to target URL. When clicked it opens target URL in new browser window/tab. For URL/title input, user should also be able to optionally enter username and password for any link that target requires login. Upon clicking links with user/password target page should load and user/password should be auto-entered so user only needs to click "submit" If possible to autosubmit too that's better. When done, user can click "generate dashboard" and script opens dialog box with "Save As" so user can input filename and save html output. Formatting - I can provide css style sheets for the formats Deliverable is working script, and depending upon programming language soruce code + compiled version
