I have a Dot Net Nuke Web site where I am attempting to use a vertical navigation menu. In cases where there is no scroll bar, when I move mouse over one of the navigation options, the appearence of the given submenu causes the scroll bar to appear even though no content extends below the fold of the page. What I need to know is how to set up a verticial menu such that no scroll bar appears if there is no scrolling content. Please deliver a simple skin with CSS file that accomplishes this, and clearly document the areas of the style sheet I need to copy to use what you deliver.
