Customization of VLDpersonals PHP script

I need the VLDpersonals php script ([[login to view URL]][1]) customized to my needs. I need these changes... 1) New design. I will design a complete new design in both PSD and HTML. I will need this design integrated into vld throughout every page. 2) EVENTS: A new section of events. Registered users can post events which consist of a listing including title, description, image, expiration (event removed after expiration), location. The event list will be a browse all list of events in order by date and searchable by location. Whoever posts the event needs the ability to edit/remove it at anytime. Also there should be a list of a users events on their profile if they have some posted. 3) Comments: A registered user comment system on the bottom of all profiles & events. So users can comment on other users profiles and events. 4) Categories. A new profile field of categories. These will be to categorize profiles by location (ie every USA state will have its own category). On the index should be the complete category list links. 5) Featured profiles by group types (one for each group) and featured events. These can be assigned by me in the admin panel or users can pay to have their profiles oro events featured. Payment gateway should be through 2checkout.com. This will include a price set by me and a duration set by me. VLD already has a payment system, so it just needs to be modified to allow this. The script has a built in template system so new design should be easily added.
