Custom additions to Double Choco Latte

I require the following custom additions to the popular Double Choco Latte ([login to view URL]) issue tracking system: Under the "dcl" directory level, create a new directory "prodview". Under "prodview" provide 1 sub-directory per DCL product (see Notes below). Under the product specific directory, provide a custom PHP page that will do the following: For Tickets: 1. Group all "open" and "closed" Tickets with the following fields: Ticket number Summary Module Version Last action on 2. Clicking on the "Ticket number" should bring up separate view of that ticket's "Issue" and "Resolution". Allow the user to create a new Ticket: 1. Responsible should be set to the "Report To" value for that "Product" and hidden from the user. 2. Account should be predefined based on a lookup defined in a file contained within the product directory on the server (see Notes below). 3. Product should be predefined based on the URL (see Notes below). Notes: Tickets and Work Orders will only be displayed based on the Product being viewed. For example, if my product is "ACMEWidget", then the "Product" in the Queries will always be "ACMEWidget" and the URL should look like this: http://myserver/dcl/prodview/ACMEWidget/ In all cases, the queries should include all Personnel. Each product should have a lookup file stored on the server in the product directory. The format of the file is optional to the developer, but PHP is suggested. For example: c:\apache2\htdocs\dcl\prodview\ACMEWidget\[login to view URL] The lookup file will contain relevant references for that product, including the account settings, etc. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Apache + PHP + MySQL (including Linux and Windows OS)
