Convert template to existing site

I have a template that can be found at [[login to view URL]][1] and I would like that template to be used to build a new site for [[login to view URL]][2] 1) Flash text needs to be changed/edited - I will provide shortly 2) would prefer header/footer files in php to minimize future changes 3) would like to have login on upper right to be able to interface directly and pass this info to TSAC at another location. Please refer to [[login to view URL]][2] to see that the demo area page is on a 2003 server with the Terminal Services Advanced Client (TSAC). Basically, have a user put in the test, demo or demo2 account where this is hosted on a Linux server to pass the info to my 2003 server and open the window seperately. 4) move text and info to new site 5) adjust format and pictures so it makes sense. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
