Convert WebControl To Use Devexpress Controls

I have two SharePoint WebParts that I need converted to use devexpress controls. They are both open source projects that I simply need styled differently.

The control being primarly used is the ASPxTreeList and data grid features.

Both projects primarly involve using the native ASP.NET treeview.

You will need WSS v3 or higher to complete this project.
