Convert ASP/SQL form to stand-alone Javascript/XML

I've got a ASP/SQL form with about 50 fields (checkboxes, drop-downs, etc.) that I need converted to a stand-alone form that will store its results into a XML file on the user's hard drive. Then I need an Web page interface to provide sorted views of the results. UPDATE: Some have pointed out that Javascript cannot write to the user's hard drive. The results could also be stored on the server, but either way I won't be able to use an ASP or PHP handler. I'm open to suggestions. YET ANOTHER UPDATE: I would like the results to be written to a local hard drive or the server hard drive (and wouldn't mind having both options), but neither option should depend upon the server having an active role in parsing and storing the information. The Web interface I want would make it possible for the user to view the results of their attempts to fill out the form. There will be several people attempting to fill out the form and several attempts each. I'd like for them to be able to view an index of the the results in a table format, pressing on the column header to sort the results, and then click on a single record to view the complete record on a printable page. I will provide samples of the index and single-record page in ASP. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
