*You'll then click on each individual web site link and collect the data listed below.
You will put this data into an Excel spread sheet which will already be set up for the information below:
1. The name of the organization for the web site, which is usually listed on the home page at the top of the page. These will be listed in alphabetical order in the spread sheet.
2. The first name and last name of the indivdidual who owns the web site, which is usually listed on the "contact us" or "about us" web page or some times it's on the very bottom of the home page.
3. The URL of the web site:

5. The email address of the owner, which is usually listed on the "contact us" or "about us" web page or some times it's on the very bottom of the home page.
6. A phone number and fax number if they're listed, which is also usually listed on the "contact us." or "about us" web page or some times on the very bottom of the home page.
200 organizations in total with each one having the above data listed for it in an Excel spread sheet.
**NOTE:** *No data to be collected from these type of web sites: professional, corporate, goverment, education, one page sales letter pages or one page opt-in pages.

If the website has an opt in box and you can also get their contact info , then this is ok.
if they have no phone number, only add these if you cant find any other sites. but there are thousands out there.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
