Completing Online Java Web Application

We have a built a web based application that helps us to manage our work processes. It is an application that we use for debt recovery services for our clients. Much of the application is completed, but we still require some functions to be built in order for the system to work properly and function exactly the way that we want. It is coded in JAVA on a Tomcat 5.5 web server using Struts, Spring and Hibernate etc. Our current coder has been unable to finish the project and we require an experienced coder to work on this project immediately. We have a very tight deadline and require the project to be completed in 10 - 12 days. You MUST be available to start on this project immediately and you must be able to guarantee delivery of the project within the deadline. We will provide you with full support and all of the assistance that you require. We will be available on MSN, Skype and email to answer any questions and assist you whenever you require assistance. This is an easy project for someone with good skills. Please see the attached document, which has log in information so you can view the system before bidding. NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT THE FINAL SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT AND THERE ARE QUITE A FEW MORE AREAS THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDED TO THIS DOCUMENT. The main areas to be completed are: Main screen when viewing a file Actions - call script link Document generation SMS function Email function Agents / Client Users setup (ability for Client to add their own) (mostly completed) Agents Home Screen - view files, leave messages Clients Home Screen Requesting Searches - how we will control searches e.g. rego searches Cost Control procedures - i.e. if file costs get past x% of claim value Insurance Code of Practice reporting - ability to send emails & letters to Insured's providing updates Writing off files - getting authorisation from Client (workflow automation and client interactivity) Discounts Reports - ability of the system to produce reports ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
