Complete website with pictures rating!

Hello,

I need you to build me a complete website where people will be paid to post pictures!

Each week all the members who upload pictures will share an amount of money depending on the number of visit each picture receive.

People will come to my website, register a free account, then they will upload pictures. On the main page you will see the last added images and the 6 most visited pictures of the week.

1 visit = 1 unique visitor per day (per IP). A visitor can visit an unlimited numbers of pictures.

I want to have an admin section where I will be able to manually accept all pictures uploaded.

When you'll be logged it will be possible to vote for the pictures too.

We'll start from there. I'll add more features in futures projects on rentacoder.
