Clean up our PHP and make it more Firefox Friendly

We have about 20 PHP files on our site and they need to be cleaned up. Some of them don't work on Firefox very well and the ones that do work with Firefox don't have a drop shadow around the web page. The client wants the drop shadow so we need to figure out a way to make the pages work on all browsers. Also, we would like all flash to be embedded using the FlashObject method or some other method that is IE friendly. Currently the flash files are embedded the old way, I don't have time to figure out how to embed all the flash properly, some of the movies have parameters that need to be in the code. The main Firefox issues are the following: The home page <[login to view URL]> looks the way we want it to look in IE. In Firefox, the home page is a little off, you'll see the background image doesn't line up with the edge of the web page. Another issue is on a page like this.. [login to view URL] It has extra space between the banner photo up top and the menu bar and the orange bar. We've been trying to fix it for Firefox and now it doesn't look right in IE either. We need this by Monday my time (mountain time, USA) so please don't bid if you can't work on it this weekend or right now. We really want someone to take charge and do things the right way, so if you see other things that aren't correct, please fix them.
