Calendar control with date and hour for PHP mysql website

I have an event listing website. It runs on php and mysql. The current date selection for the website is a dropdown, I would like to convert this to a full calendar control. 1) there will be two calendars on the website. 1 to select the start date of the event and 2nd one to select the end date. 2) once a date is selected on the first calendar, the second calendar will syncronize to autoselect the date that is selected on the first calendar, since most events start and end on the same date, or end a day later. 3) there is also an hour selection and this can be converted to anything except a dropdown. it is preferable to apply #2 to the our selection as well. 4) if possible i would like to work with an expert who can help me with the future updates on the website as well. This will include: create recurring events from the website for the dates selected. Current recurring events website are handled very simply by a repeat this event weekly, daily, monthly button. However this does not work for events that happen for example on Tuesday and wednesdays from 11am to 3pm that repeat every week.
