CSS Site Conversion

This project is for **conversion of a tables-based web site to a CSS and layer based layout**. Looking for *clean code that can be easily indexed by SEs* (i.e. content at top of page, good use of CSS link and style formatting, etc.) No content changes at this point, just re-work the (about) 20 pages for good code with cross-browser validation. Require use of Dreamweaver MX templates for common elements. No FrontPage other than the 2 form handlers already on the site. Respond with fixed price quote and at least 5 samples of prior work (sites) that list within top 15 results for their keywords/keyphrases in Google, AOL, MSN, AltaVista and Lycos. Site code must be viewable for you to be evaluated. If you don't have verifiable results, with references, don't bother bidding. I require references and will call before awarding! Current site link given by request to *qualified* bidders. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in html/css/js form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation of site on test server that I will define and provide for validation and review. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Site hosted on Apache server, but must work when porting to IIS.
