CMS (content managment system)

I need a CMS (content management system) coded. Here is a list of features I need it to have. 1. Pre-load updates - will allow adding updates then showing it on specific date. 2. Niches - Allow multiple niches in movies, pictures, video. 3. Trial members preview - Members on just trial membership will only be able to see a limited amount of content. For example they could only see two clips of a movie while on trial. If they click on the third clip they would be prompted to upgrade to a full membership. This will need to interact with my existing billing processors and affiliate and member tracking suite. 4. Zip download of picture sets - member can download entire photo set in a zip file. 5. Thumbnail/gallery creation - create thumbnails and gallery for pictures. 6. Template driven with very flexible template 7. Easy install - needs to be easy to install so i can use it on more the one server. 8. Site news - text news of updates and other site news. 9. Site updates page - shows list of content updates. 10. 3rd party content - Something to manage 3rd party content plugins etc. Video feeds, live cam shows, etc. 11. Story management - manages story content. 12. Image select for gallery or movie - Allows me to pick a preview picture that would link to a photo gallery or video file/page. 13. Upcoming updates - Shows upcoming updates. 14. Sites admin - Allows running of multiple sites on one server in same admin. 15. Schedule - Where i can see what content shows on what site and date. 16. Polling system - Poll system so members can vote on things. 17. Able to update tour with new episodes, content - When adding an update to the members area a preview of the content can be shown on the tour. 18. Commented code - code written so a third party can easily edit and add on other features. 19. Nice admin area with easy navigation. 20. Placement of content and templates is ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
