Business Directory Website

We want to create a business directory for a small town and surrounding rural area, developed in ASP.NET 3.5. (We have a very small MySQL database containing directory listings, since originally, this project was planned to connect with a mysql database, but now we want this database to be converted to MS SQL Express database with stored procedures.) The goal of this business directory is to be a site where business owners can manage their profiles and contact details, their list of products and services with pictures, logo, banner, google map, with options permitted based on membership type. The main emphasis for the selected candidate for this job will be in programming logic. In other words, I would much rather you design a rock-solid website that works as desired, than one that looks good but performs weakly. We want this designed with AJAX, and we also would like that * Each submission is added to the database automatically, with a notification sent to Administrator--me. * System should be configured to ask user to pay for a listing right after submitting it, based on the membership type used. * Banner is linked to the category where listing is registered. We want a candidate who is both eager and capable.? We encourage any and all questions and comments.?
