Build up website discussion forum

I have a website, which is a portal dedicated to the development of multi tier affiliate programs as a way of eCommerce. It has a few sections, including articles,a directory, and interviews etc. It also has a discussion forum. I would like to get help to develop and manage the forum. The aim is to develop the forum into an active, supportive community of members interested in multi tier affiliate programs. ## Deliverables Things i would need you to do: 1)participate actively in the forum and make the forum discussions more lifely. 2)make new members feel welcome and comfortable with the forum and to encourage their participation. 3)moderate the forum to keep topics and discussions relevant. 4)execute any other strategies or ideas you may have to make the forum successful. Please let me know your proposals.
