Blogspot Comments GUI

I need someone to design a GUI for people to view comments posted to a blog such as one residing on a [[login to view URL]][1] server. By default, comments are placed in a list, which requires people to scroll down the list to view the comments. In an intense discussion, there may be a group of dedicated visitors who comment frequently and may want to respond to each other. This utility is currently limited when the list becomes too lengthy. So, I am envisioning a GUI for the comments section where each comment is placed in a category under the person who entered it. One could create a GUI in terms of a virtual table where each commentor is an icon seated somewhere around the table and each icon has his latest comment next to it, for example. GUI must be simple as possible, because key is to reduce page loading times as bandwidth for most internet users is an issue. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape and Firefox on all operating system platforms.
