AutoResponder Website

We need a fully functional autoresponder website. We have extensive wants and have attached them all in a word doc below. Please do not bid if you have not done a similar project befor and can provide a link to the example of your work with your initial bid. A user name and demo pass word would be great. Also if you allready have written this code and could just change it a bit to make sure it fits all of our needs that would be great... Also please be able to give us a FIRM time that it will take you to complete this project. Tell us asap what we will need for hosting so that we can set it up, and you can be uploading as you go for testing and we can peek in on the project.
