Affiliate program for oscommerce built shop

We need an affiliate program set up to work with (or within) our oscommerce built shop that: 1. allows for different flat rate commissions on different products. 2. Can calculate commission rates correctly if a person buys more than 1 product in a single order, or buys product/s from a page other than the first page linked to by the banner from the affiliate's website. 3. Can have some products with flat rate and some with percentage commissions. 4. Has comprehensive admin for both merchant and affiliate. 5. Can export to quickbooks or at least xls. 6. Has direct payment ability to pay affiliates when their account reaches a set amount, at specified date (ie; say 1st of each month)...using PayPal. 7. Banners must be visible from the affiliates admin side, so they can choose easily. 8. Ability to add, edit or delete affiliate details from merchant admin 9. Ability to set cookies lifetime, so affiliate still gets commission if customer returns within set number of days. 10.... and has all the standard features most affiliate programs offer like reports and statistics etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
