We would like to extend the functionality of the existing event emails and CSVs that you have done. Texts Additional Daily text. We would like to also send a daily text to each user. This will have up to seven events from the categories they have chosen. Ideally we would like a way of each user configuring their level of interest in each category eg. I would prefer to know about Jazz and opera events but if there isn't any of these I would be interested in Folk Music and Sport and also to send a variety of events to the user so if Jazz is my favourite category and there are 7 Jazz events on throughout the week so way of limiting the Jazz events I get to maybe three and then filling in with my other categories. I know this may get a bit complicated both to code and also for the administrator so any suggestions would be great. Format of the texts...I have included a excel file with examples of both the daily and weekly texts...each event would have 13 characters so this would need to be trimmed off if there are more. Automating off texts and emails. We would like the emails and texts to be sent automatically. The csv file for the texts will either need to be emailed to our texting provider or uploaded to a server. I am not sure on the exact details of this at the moment but will find out. The emails will just need to be scheduled. Do you have a figure for an amount of emails that this script could realistically send? The idea behind the weekly text is that we recommend the best event for each day. So if there were three events on in the Jazz category for a particular day we would be able to pick the one that we want to send to our members. We currently have around 50 categories and this is likely to increase so the task of choosing a recommended event for each category for each day is again going to be difficult to administer so again any suggestions would be great. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
