A small DELPHI project

Program should help the user to learn English. ? It has to have beginner's level. There has to be chapters. Each chapter must have an examination about the chapter at the end. User should not be able to pass next chapter before having 70% wright answers at the exam. There must be also Examinations parts seperated from chapters(with duration control, able to give creative and pragmatic? feedback and evaluation) There must be different question types in the exam(filling the blanks,multiple choice,matching,putting in order the sentences) It must have a user friendly interface because children will use it. It must run some flash animations related to the content. Database and File applications must be used. The code must be commented and it must not be complex. It must be very simple! I should be able to add something immediatly when I am told to do so.
