Convert Delphi 6 controls to Delphi 6 /7 Activex controls

I have a 53 controls(all in one) for use in Delphi 6. I need convert all the controls to a Activex(Ocx) controls for use it in a VB6 and VC++. All the source code have no Errors and work 100% in the Delphi 6. I want add a .LIC file or other protection in the control. The coder must add extra code for make this. Only serious bids, please.
