Add Hyperlinks to PDF document

A 573 page PDF document needs a hyperlinked table of contents (322 entries in Table of Contents) with an additional hyperlink on each page linking back to the list of contents. Hyperlinks for "Back" button will need to have link text added as well. A sample of the document (first chapter of 8 chapters total, with full Table of Contents included) is attached. In the PDF, the "Back" button has already been added for all pages in Chapter 1. This will need to be added in later chapters as part of the work. The first chapter in the main Table of Contents, the first hyperlink in Chapter 1 and the first few "back" buttons have already been hyperlinked as an example. PDF editing can be done by hand or programatically. If done by hand, consistency in link size and placement is extremely important. ## Deliverables 1) Coder will provide a complete PDF with the same attributes as the originally provided PDF (3.0 compatibility, embedded fonts, etc.) 2) Coder will have throughly checked Bookmark text for typographical errors, and will have double checked all links for accuracy. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Acrobat Reader 3.0 and higher, on any platform supported.
