#### Coldfusion ??" Screenscrape component from US Senate
Requirements:
Create a coldfusion function which will be called from an existing application.
Input parameters:
URL: The component should take an incoming URL. The following URL will be used initially:
Output: VOID (don’t return anything)
The component should initially screenscrape the list of votes, then do the following procedure:
1. Check tblRolls to find out if there is an existing vote listed. If not, the vote should be inserted
2. Check tblRollVotes to find out if there is existing roll call vote for this vote
**If the vote is not currently in the database,** the process must grab the link for the vote, follow it, and record the details of the vote in the database.
**If the vote IS in the database, check to ensure that we have the roll call data (in tblrollvotes) for the vote. If present, go on to the next vote.**
**If the vote is present in tblrolls, but we do not have rollcall data, then pull the rollcall data and insert into tblrollvotes.**
****I will provide a testing environment where you can test against our live data, as well as sql script for the tables you'll be working with.****
**Additional details in the attached zip file.**
