Cold Fusion Form Submit Help

In ASP I could loop through a posted [login to view URL] collection and grab values for submitted form fields with the same name to perform multiple updates in one submission. I can't figure out how to do this in Colf Fusion. It should be really simple. I have a list of input text fields (dept_uid) and checkboxes (access).
