cakephp catalog customization

Need Cakephp expert who developed catalog site. The catalog will have similar to catalog portion on promomarketing . com

- setup Catalog website using CakePhp VaM Cart

- list products by suppliers

- create an import script to sync product data and image from a provided database.

- customize/develop a another module that request the information by email, instead of order payment checkout.

- customize/develop user personal wishlist
