Custom design implementation for Skadate software

I am looking for someone experienced with Skadate software. I have a custom design that I want implemented with Skadate (I have it in PSD file).

I need someone that can modify the location drop down choices, and other changes in my Skadate software.

I have a license for my software, so this is not the free version.
