Convert a web page to be responsive

The current project is to make the following page responsive: [login to view URL] There are about 11 more pages that will be converted at a later time (that share the same header, footer, and style), so please keep that in mind when bidding. There will be more work available as we constantly change the website, do split tests etc. For the current project we are only interested in converting the following page: [login to view URL] The resulting code must be HTML5 & CSS3 compliant and must pass the test here: [login to view URL] In addition to making the website responsive, these two changes are needed: - change header to one solid black line full length of screen like [login to view URL] - but keep the height the same as the current bar at the top of the our current site - remove gray vertical lines on left and right side of pages - footer - same color as [login to view URL] and full width of the screen No automated bids please.
