To take a pulse reading from the serial input and use this together with other data values to plot a bar chart of results. The daily results are to be stored for future statistical use. The purpose of the graph is to show the relationship between the pulse count and the calculated totals, the idea is to try to match the two by modifying the input parameters using user provided data. As this is to be ran on a PDA then I expect each module to have a screen page. The exception to this will be the serial input which will be logging at a user defined rate , (about every 5 minutes).
