You have been asked by MYELEC Limited to create a program that will allow the user to calculate the number of electricity units used by a customer so that the actual monetary amount owed can also be displayed. To do this you are required to adopt the following approach: Your solution must be function based. Your data should be stored in arrays. Your solution should contain a menu with these options: Initialise records Enter customer's new readings Display single customer's record Display all customer records In order to facilitate the solution, you should create the following functions and name them as shown: initialise ( ) This function should initialise the relevant arrays with the customer's id, name, address, postcode and previous reading. enterNew( Each customer's details should be displayed one by one, and the user asked to key in the new meter reading. The old and new meter readings should then be passed into the following function: validate( This function should validate that the old and new readings are in fact the right way round (the new reading being greater than the old reading) and once the inputs are correct, it should RETURN the actual number of units used. The number of units used should then be passed into the following function. used( The amount of electricity used should then be calculated for each customer and the relevant charge to the customer should be calculated (based on the charge of [url removed, login to view] per unit used). displayAll( Once all amounts have been calculated, the name, postcode and charge should then be displayed for ALL customers simultaneously on a screen. displayOne( Using a search routine, ask the user which customer they would like to view and then view ALL the relevant information on a single screen. Please construct a Data table as part of your pseudocode, using the following layout: Identifier Local/Gb bal? Function Type Constlv ar Value Description The name of the variable Whether it is local or global If local, which function it appears in. If global write "All". character , integer, array of... etc. constant or variable if a constant, what initial value is it set to. What the variable is used for. Tasks: 1. Write the code to meet the above specification. 2. Pseudocode should be written for the validate() and displayOne( ) functions, AND for one other function of your choice (or the main body of the program). 3. Create a data table to support the program. What you should submit: A minimum of a printed copy of your source code and your pseudocode and a disk containing the source code and an executable version of your source code.
