add WebM support for h.264 streaming application

Existing video/audio streaming application works flawlessly for up to 4 clients and 100 viewers for 320p and 720p resolutions. We need vc++/c++ expert to work on Issue and Enhancement as follows: Add support for WebM codec besides h.264 codec for same set of parameters. if you are comfortable with x.264/ ffmpeg or you are a c++/vc++ expert, this should be an easy task for you. Let me know if any queries. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Test: 1. We will load the server on live IP. 2. Connect and stream video+audio (pre-recorded files) through encoder from behind the NAT/firewall/proxy for 320p and 720p respectively. 3. View using the viewer on webpage from 100 locations to verify that the issues are resolved.
